lunch with leftovers

Earlier in the week we made a delicious and fast lunch with some leftovers from the previous night's meal. We sliced up some ciabatta and topped it with sauce, mozzarella, mushrooms, prosciutto and a pinch of salt.


The preparations went well until we had to figure out how to use the oven. It took some serious brain power between Rob and Winston, but eventually they figured it all out.
